Have you downloaded the latest version of the file for High Sierra, OS 10.13.1 4. It shouldn’t take too long for the system to whizz through the process and get you onto the latest version.

Simply launch the Mac App Store, head into the Updates tab, and get the 10.13.1 update on your compatible Mac. Everything else is working fine, and that's already a victory considering it's my first build ever.
